New Hobby

I have taken up jewelry-making. It's fun and exciting, to design a bracelet or necklace and then see it come together as your hands put it together. Here are some pieces I have created using suede cord, wooden beads and charms:

I finished reading Twilight. It wasn't fantastic, but I did enjoy it enough to decide that I would like to continue reading the series. My best friend is going to lend me Book Two this weekend. I really like the way Stephenie Meyer portrays Edward. He sounds so sexy; so dashing- while reading it, I just kept wishing I could dive into the pages and rip all of his clothes off.

Since I was very young, though, I've had a thing for vampires. I find them sexy and mysterious, despite that whole blood thirsty affair. I get it from my mom, I suppose. She's always been into vampire movies and books, too. Whenever I would watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer, I'd go weak at the knees during any episode that had Spike. I also drool for Louie in Interview With A Vampire. Yum.

Anyone else out there share my enthusiasm for Vamps? XD
